– Hi guys and guls today we will have a little insight of Good Friday.I have been doing a little research about and I thought why not blog about this.

WHAT IS GOOD FRIDAY?

Good Friday is a Christian holiday commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus and his death.

The Bible does not mention of the day Jesus was crucified but the events took place when Jesus was arrested in the garden of Gethsemane and been taken through trials,before chief priest ,Pontius Pilate and herod.

Pilate tried to compromise with the religious leaders by having Jesus beaten, but this act did not satisfy Pilate and handed Jesus to be crucified.

Jesus was mocked,beat up by soldiers, carried the heavy cross by the help of simon Cyrene,and was crucified along with two criminals at the cross of a place called Golgotha.(😧oooh the experience)

Later that day ,the bible says Joseph of Arimathea asked Pilate for jesus’ body and was permitted.Joseph took care of Jesus’ body and rolled a big stone in front of the entrance and after three days something the impossible happened and Jesus rose from the dead.

From the story that I myself read and narrated in this blog i earnt something that I wanted to share to all of you and can anyone through his or her life.

“The worst storms can sometimes be a precursor to a major Victory in your life,don’t be trapped by your present circumstances keep your eyes on God and he will bring you through.”
